Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Business Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular visits to clients, including doctors, clinics, and hospitals, to promote our products.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information to identify and leverage business opportunities.
• Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives within the area.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Proven experience as an Area Business Executive or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
